About Our Company
Cutler and Woolf started life as a small building company set up by Arthur Cutler before World War II.
When war broke out, the building firm closed down and Arthur became an Air Raid Warden.
After the war, Arthur bought a small lock up shop in the seaside town of Leigh-on-Sea in Essex.
In 1952, Arthur’s son-in-law, Derek Woolf, joined the family business and Cutler and Woolf was born.
